Released as a single in 1997 I think - there was like an interactive video thing on the cd, and the b-side was limbo.
A manic street preacher fanzine has this:

Its kinda hard to find any information about it actually - from a chronological standpoint I think it was the single after the nick cave single.
The track "I dont need anyone" from Kylie's eponymously titled 1998 album is also a manic street preachers collaboration I think...

I thnk thats on one of my albums I just never realised it was in conjunction with the manics, wow my 2 favourite artists combined!
And yeah, the journey was ok though somewhat surreal as after dropping Phil off we went to this petrol station where thy were in a state of high security as some guy was trying to break in, then we got thisreally druk bloke behind us who was quite irritating before finally being held up at a 'convey vehicle stop point' for 20 minutes whilst a convey vehicle came to escort us across the pass... was very bizarre! We finally got back at about 2am though so having only had 5 hours sleep before getting up to drive tomy mum's I'm somewhat sleepy now
