Hi; greetings! Long time no see.

Are you in London just now? Did you ride the Underground Circle Line out of Victoria Station around 8:30 this morning (Sunday)? If so, I was the guy staring at you wondering whether you're Lucinda. If not, I was staring at some guy, thinking he looked like you in those pictures, only with longer hair.

I'm passing thru London en route from Dallas back to Nairobi. I was just wondering if I saw you.

Cool! Not cool that I didn't see you, but cool that I didn't so narrowly miss walking up to you and saying Howdy, which would've been silly, and cool that I probably creeped out some random dude on the Underground, who probably needed it.

Peta, hi! smiley - smiley

I really wanted to stop by Bush House while I was in London, but my flight brought me in on Sunday morning and out again the same night. Next time I pass through (July), I'll try to arrange to spend two or three days at least, and then I'll definitely drop by.

When I was in London, I was constantly thinking that the people I saw on the streets were people I know from h2g2, but I didn't know how to tell them from the other Londoners.

I also fell in love about six times while I was in London. smiley - loveblush I'll never be happy if I don't marry an English girl. It's a weakness I've always had.

Now I'm back in Kenya, where I don't imagine that many of the people I see on the street have heard of h2g2. smiley - sadface . . . but I'm working on remedying that situation! smiley - smiley

Cheers,

GTB
