I've seen him in the remake of Hawaii 5-0, but there he doesn't do it for me.

And, as always, there's the combined divinity of both Neil Gaiman and Douglas Adams chilling:

Currently watching 'Elementary' which features the lovely Lucy Liu and the, so far, rather grumpy John Lee Miller. I don't know about you, but I kind of like these sarcastic smartypants...

You can call me TC

I, of course, have never heard of him, but I can see the attraction.

On searching for him, I found this: a not impartial blog entry on the idea of John Lee Miller playing Sherlock.

There may even be people who smiley - drool Benedict Cumberbatch. All he has to do is play Dr Who and he'll have nailed it.

(Re-)watched "Tinker, tailor, soldier, spy" yesterday as I was ironing some three months worth of things to iron (where is MMF when you need him?)

Benedict Cumberbatch as blonde... maybe. Must admit it took me some time before I could name him. Oddly familiar, but something different.

Gary Oldman is wonderful as George Smiley, not a smiley - drool exactly but good acting.

the only time I have found Gary Oldman remotely smiley - drool is as Sirius Black. It is, then, totally character related smiley - drool and could have an awful lot to do with the slashy overtones of his relationship with Remus Lupin in the 3rd Harry Potter film smiley - drool

Found that one of the online Swedish TV channels is showing several series of Taggart (tv4play for those watching from Sweden). John Michie's looking fairly good:

oh I've never really found Taggart that interesting... maybe I should try to watch a couple smiley - drool

So, I've been watching The White Queen which isn't brilliant. Maybe a bit young (=definitely a lot young) and maybe a bit too-good-looking in a boy-band kind of way, but Max Irons is definitely a bit of smiley - drool as is James Frain (in a very rugged villany kind of way) smiley - drool

And I'd definitely tune in if they took Richard of Gloucester into his own spin off series (actor: Aneurin Barnard) smiley - drool < whiterose >

Ohhh, Laurence Fox smiley - droolsmiley - handcuffssmiley - evilgrin

Just watched the first (1st and 2nd) episode of season 7 of " Inspector Lewis".

At the end when Hathaway tacles the killer who stabs him with a syringe in the neck. Luckily Hatahway has a thick foam collar so the lethal substance is injected into that instead of into his bloodstream. He is on the ground, on his back, tossing away the collar, mussled hair, sweaty, red face and panting... Ouch... My naughty mind...
