I wouldn't be at all surprised if the script writers read the fan sites.
Why not?
We are all unpaid scrip-writers, aren't we?
I don't know what happens next, Prophet, I watched today's Buffy and Willow cast a spell which made Giles blind and Buffy and Spike get engaged.
The more I am watching Zander {or is it Xander}? the more he reminds me of Chandler from Friends.
My poor bloke now leaves the room when I get my "Buffy fix" - 'tis a good job there's no new Trek - by the time the next season of Enterprise comes on we'll be safely married, bwahaha
I really enjoyed the Buffy when soldier boy slugged Parker for insulting Buffy.
Waytogo
I'm getting so excited.
Our wedding rings arrived today.
The reception is booked, the Church is booked, the Vicar {whom, if you don't read my journal, is a Douglas Adams fan} my dress is fabulousI just need some shoes. They must be flat or a very small heel, as James is 5'8" and I don't want to be taller than him on the wedding pics.
My Mum is buying my bouquet and my daughter is making me a headdress.
Must get round to baking the this week, then I can ice it the week before.

Oh GB, are you going on honeymoon? (sorry, haven't been paying attention) You have to be back before the end of Sept (29th I think) because that's when Stargate starts. & They're showing the behind the scenes thing too (The Lowdown) in which you get to see RDAs unclothed legs (I'm not going to say anything about them - I've seen it and... well, you wait and see)
Tried to post last night straight after From Hell finished. Wow, Johnny Depp is now back up to number one on my personal list. I had forgotten just how yummy he really is. So he and boy are joint number one... and these days they're looking rather similar. Guess I do have a type after all!
Depps accent was fab in this. He must have been watching a lot of The Fast Show because he sounded a little like Paul Whitehouse to my ears.
to scan the tv listings for today in hope of more
although it's way too hot to - I think I'll sit in the garden and finish LOTR.

Well, it isn't men's legs that turn me on anyway
Watched Catch Me if You Can last night. No particular s, but a good film none the less.

I want to see that but I'll have to wait for it to come on Sky.
And how silly am I? (rhetorical question - NO answers please )
I've seen the trailers for "coming in August on Sky" and keep getting all excited becaouse Fellowship of the Ring is going to be on... the DVD is sitting right here in front of me.
Could it be, peeps, that ing addles the brain?

It must be dehydratrion!
MVC is opening at midnight for the release of LOTR Two Towers at the end of the month, the 25th, I think. But I don't think I will be waiting outside.

Sho - employed again! Posted Aug 3, 2003
I'm waiting for the extended version in November, with 43 extra minutes, some of which is Ents (yaaayyy) and some of which is more Aragorn doing manly things (like choking down a disgusting soup the slapper Éowyn made him)
not that I'm a letcherous er or anything.
~drool~ thread
Coniraya Posted Aug 3, 2003
That does ound worth waiting for, but I suspect at least one of the meefolk won't wait that long.
Still, no reason why I can't have one of my own

Mr Prophet (General Purpose Genre Guru) Posted Aug 3, 2003
Well, as I'm sure you know, Mr Depp is a huge Fast Show fan.
I own both versions of Fellowship, having bought the short one despite the fact I already had the extended on order. This time I think I'll just get the extended version, since I'm a little worse off for money.

Sho - employed again! Posted Aug 3, 2003
I'm too much of a Yorkshire lass to fork out for both versions, and it took me an age to get round to buy even the extended one. Had to think a lot about that. boy won me over in the end.
Johnny Depp was supposed to be in the last ever edition of the Fast Show, but I missed it.
Oh, and btw, the people involved in writing TV shows claim never to read fan-fic because of copyright issues that may arise. Yah, right! But it would be funny if they had a favourite fan-fic author and ran around the studio moaning about having been "Propheted"
They would never be "Clangered" alas... only in my wildest dreams, and then only for a very late night showing. too many

if you have the Sky movie channels, there is a little programme called Bonus! Pirates of the Caribbean. Featuring interviews with the Deppster () and boy (double-plus-)
it's showing about 500 times this week, on various of the movie channels.

and I just heard elsewhere that Mikhail Baryshnikov (sorry for spelling) is going to be in a few eps of the last series of Sex in the City.
A show I've never watched, but I'll make an exception for him.

RDA's legs??????!!!!!!!!
I'm feeling a little overcome too.....
Who is Mikhail Baryshnikov ?
Honeymoon?!??? Don't make me
I've had to organize a Crossroads carer to take Andrew for me at 10am-1pm so I can have my wedding in peace, the carer will bring him to the reception, he will be none the wiser and he'd be bored to tears in Church and ruin our day.
I did text his father first to see if he would have him, but he didn't even answer so him.
We will be having guests staying as well, so even our wedding night will have to wait
I'm getting so excited, the invitations are printed and out, I even decorated the envelopes with a little help from my hubby-to-be.
We have had one acceptance card and one we can't attend card already.
My friends Maureen and Lynda and Anne, and my ex-neighbour Diane have met him and given him the
My family like him too, and my family are gonna spoil little Ashley what with him losing his Mum at 4½ years of age.
The best thing for me is everyone likes James and Ashley and they're so pleased for us.
4 weeks this weekend!
Is it too early for my hen party thread?

ohhhhh exciting!!
Mikhail Baryshnikov is a ballet dancer, he defected to the states, and is now an actor. I've only seen him in one film (but seen him dance a time or two... he's fab) White Nights with Gregory Hines and Isabella Rossalini. Some fantastic dancing in that.
And he has a cute Russian accent too.

GB, it is spangly gorgeous that so much good stuff has come your way! Long may it last.

That would be the late (?) Alexander Gudunov, who was also in Die Hard last night. He made a couple of crappy DTVs as well; Runestone and Lost in Time that I've seen.
