Late is somewhat bad too, though..
I was late today and got chastised by my boss..
he's pms-ing today I think, because he yelled at me twice..
and i'm usually his favorite.

apparently, the US made it to the next round of the WC.
that's pretty cool..
i don't know, i don't watch soccer but I've got a few friends on here who are keeping me posted.

Cos not as many Americans are into soccer as people in other countries seem to be - we are more into football, Nascar racing, etc. So I think it would be lame if we won, because we aren't that excited about it. Not that it's a silly thing to be excited about.. But in my experience Americans are really apathetic and not that patriotic. Which may be a product of the valley I live in, I don't know..

you lost. undeservedly. it really annoyed me.
i think it would be good if america decided to like the game. that way, youd have a game that you played with other people!

other than the Olympics, which always get weirded out by Politics. Well, between you and Flanker, I've been converted to soccer/football (depending on which side of the pond you live on).. so maybe it's just a one person at a time sorta thing. I just think that it would have been lame if we won the world cup, because we wouldn't appreciate it as much. It would have been cool if like people over here were excited.. I mean, I am going to be paying attention when the next one comes around (when is that? is it every four years or every year or what? i'm new to this..
), but I've only talked to like two other people who are interested.
Americans are lame, what can I say?
Undeservedly? Were we doing a good job? I guess it would have behooved me to actually WATCH.. *giggle*
