Hi Em,
Just thought you might want to know that I've got my first term time job for two years!! 
I'm teaching prospective medical students at St George's teaching hospital. Being a hypochondriac I can't tell if it's the right place for me, but I do feel somewhat relieved that I'm close to medical help at all times! 
I finally feel as though my career is getting a second wind. Hope things are OK with you. Don't be a stranger. David
