Not too bad. Spent most of the day messing around with javascripts, trying to get them compatable with Netscape *and* IE *and* Opera...

Ahh evil Javascript, never did understand it when I was doing computing.

I think I've just sussed it... Should all be fairly easy now!

Javascript's not usually too bad. I've had more problems with css. Probably not helped by the fact I'm trying to make it a bit snazzy...

All our computing class did was tell us about java...although she was impressed that I knew HTML

Yeah it's good, I miss my black background and pink writing from pre-beeb h2g2

Could you change the background then? Methinks this means you didn't have skins...

ahhh the good old days, when we only had classic goo, html, dancing babies and were able to put our own images on and change background colour to classic goo *sniff* I miss it so

You used to be able to change pretty much everything...

I know, I just miss a bit of the freedom...and the dancing baby...and the music...and the flying fish

...and the wap access (not that I used it, or even *could* use it, but it was nice knowing it was there...), and not having moderators glancing over your shoulders the whole time, and the people that never came back after rupert...

Ahh the good old days

I wish that the beeb would give us back a little freedom, I mean I can deal with the moderators most of the time but some of the stuff they took away was just stupid.
