It's just we talked a wee while last night and I couldn't explain to him why I'd been so abrupt with him and I couldn't even explain it to myself and I hated that, and I hate that I hurt him...

I'm a horrible person because all I wanted to do last night was have a laugh and tell him he was gonna have a great time, instead I was mean and just pissed off.

Just like with Daniel, spent the week before he left barely talking, then the day he left rather than giving him a hug and telling him I'd missed him I said "bye" and did a bolt.

I'm a terrible terrible person and I don't like it.

Hey, it's okay, good bye really isn't a goodbye, do you say, bye, before you go to the shops? And does it hurt? No. Just think of it as going to get some or something and it's easy.

Of course, am meant to think of people as whatever is on shopping list
