Okay, STUMPED has decided to start a crime wave. The first in this series of crimes took place at http://www.h2g2.com/F26840?thread=59861 where three members of STUMPED got away scott clean. BTW, STUMPED will continue like this as long as you follow this rule: once the villain has 'escaped', they can no longer be held accountable for the crime. For instance, if The Masque of the Red Rejection Email sabotaged Chrome's famous "Big Gun", Chrome would only be able to arrest Red in the event that he could make the arrest before Red escapes. Anyway, as long as you follow that rule, feel free to try and stop them.
