Hi GB
Being an easy going soul I am happy with the work you have done on this and have no objections.
I always feel more comfortable with 23rd April rather than 23 April.
You do use 23rd as in Sunday 23rd but to render this as Sunday 23 looks even odder to me, which is why I tend to go for a consistent use of th rd st etc.
BUT I am not concerned which format is used. It is all information and just a matter of taste.
Thank you for your help. When the badge arrives I will download it, transfer print it onto T shirts and give them as Cristmas presents to my family. Another task sorted.

Hi, pebblederook
You could have clicked the reply button to the posting I made on your PS but never mind
I do happen to agree with you, but it's not down to personal taste I'm afraid. The h2g2 house style is "23 April" but there wasn't a way I could apply this to "Sunday 23rd" as it was followed by Monday 24th, so I left that alone.
Do please publish a photo of yourself wearing a t-shirt displaying your badge. I have several t-shirts myself but they're boring and just display "h2g2" although they are in different colours and styles. You've given me an idea though, I might download my 250 solo entries badge and make myself a limited-edition t-shirt? Far too good to give away don't you think?

I am OK with the house style ( or any style really). I write stuff and 'publish' on the net and after that it has to look after itself. Only in the incredibly unlikely scenario that some one wanted to buy the script rights would i rember it was mine
Despite being a hooter for a few years now i am limited in my understanding of how some stuff works. Give me another five years and I will be flying. This article taught me HTML.
Thanks again for all your help

You are most welcome. I learned everything I know about writing, sub-editing and Guide Ml from being here - now 13 years and counting.
