The Researcher formally known as Dr St Justin Started conversation Jun 21, 2000
A couple of things. You list J. R. Tolkein, but I'm fairly certain he was known by all three initials ie J R R Tolkein.
There is an entry on Terry Pratchett's Discworld at http://www.h2g2.com/A292790 which you might like to link to, even though this is about his work and not himself. There is an article on the way directly about Pterry, being written by one Greebo T Cat.
On a stylistic note, I feel that the overuse of the bold typeface doesn't add anything to the page. Especially when viewed in GOO (when the text appears white), I think it makes it more difficult to read - it is almost as if the words are blinding.
Hope these comments are useful to you.

They are useful, thanks. I have been spending most of my effort of late getting the main H2G2 Literary Society page to look good, that I have ignored the Recommendations page. It definitely needs some work.
