Why "Uphill"?
It's a cricket thing. Whenever my team has to play on a sloping pitch I get to bowl uphill. It's always been that way.
My interests are:- Sport, mainly cricket and rugby union; Beer, mainly, nay, exclusively traditional British beer and the locality of South Yorkshire and the North Midlands of England. There appears to be a limited coverage of these far flung arms of the human experience withing The Guide so it is now my sworn task to cast informed light on this darkness.
