Listen to me now carefully.I knew you would say something like that.It's a mistake and few people know this,because these who know it will never tell you.I will try to explain to you what i mean although it will be very difficult to do it,but i hope you will understand me.The property law says that if you own a house at the same time you own the terrene(ground)over which your house is built.When you sell your house you automatically sell and the very ground,so that you have no right any more to possess the both things the house and the ground over which the house was built.It means that actually you sell two things but get money for one-your house only.Let's say that with the money you buy a flat.OK but in that case you can not buy the ground over which your flat is built.That is the problem.Taking into consideration how solid the new constructions are built nowadays you can enjoy your flat for a short time.When you decide to sell it then you will remember these my words but it will be a little bit late.

First of all - property laws are different in different countries. I am very aware that I am selling the house with the land. Actually the land under the house is more expensive than the house itself, so there. And if I buy a flat it comes with a piece of land, too.

If you buy a flat the piece of land that comes with it could not be equal to the land you have owned.So if you get even a small piece in which i doubt it will be much smaller then the one you have had before.

So what? I don't want to own more than I need.

Do you think i em so naive to believe you that you prefer making sex with women instead of men.Yes there is women who prefer making sex with other women but remember this,only extremely ugly women who nobody likes them do it,and never forget also that this rule has no exception.

And where does this put women who like both men and women?

such women do not exist,usually when two women make sex they always do that in the presence of a man who usually is the husband of one of them.Even gays prefer being piercedby nice women,but because women usually do not like doing such things,gays do that with other ones.
