Translates from the Afrikaans as Red Bush, ( Man, those Boers are sooo literal), and is a tea that provides the anti oxidants I need at my age.

It depends.
As a gentleman, I won't ask your age, but it does significantly increase your need for anti oxidants if you do smoke things in your wok, ( or have barBques, dress up as Cowboys and do Line Dancing in parks on hot days in Wolverhampton, or just smoke).
