Another day, another Altarian Dollar
Posted May 22, 2000
Is me again - the Amply Proportioned one. Mon., 22 May 2000
Not feling too good today - woke early, with a cough that is developing. I have a bad nasal system at the moment, and I think it may have spread to my chest - hopefully it won't turn into bronchitis.
SAW something really interesting and life-affirming the other day, while walking through Stevenage Town Centre. It was someone communicating in sign language. "So what?" you say, but she was doing it with only ONE hand - the other one was pushing a baby carriage! (makes a change from mobile phone drones...)

Fighting fatigue and ennui...
Posted May 17, 2000
Well, another day, another Altarian dollar, my friends.
Managed to tidy my bedroom up to-day. Filed all the lager cans into their rightful place of the black plastic garbage bag. Pity there is no recycling program in Stevenage.
So bored, I even gave my computer a good clean with some special foam cleaner. It seems that I am NOT getting cataracts after all - there was about 2-3 mm's of dust and unidentified splash marks (probably sneeze related - this is a dusty bedroom) on my monitor screen - it looked quite misty. Hey - I even cleaned my mouse, or pointing device. there is something sensual about the tracker ball, it has a sort of devine heaviness, rather like gold, whatever t h a t is.
I sorta (I sound more American everyday) look forward to Top of the Pops Pt 2 - which I taped earlier. This is a hit and miss afair at the best of times, but there is usually one or two good "turns" on, making it worthwhile. Sign-on tomorrow - bliss! (not) I could do with some Ol' Janx Spirit...oooh, very mellow on that, once. [Exeunt

Great to be a Researcher!
Posted May 16, 2000
Became a Researcher today (or should I say yesterday) for H2G2, and can't take it all in at present. Could be that it is almost 1.30am, and I am suffering from fatigue from having a long web-surfing session the night before (I am t o t a l l y adicted). this seems like a really brilliant site, and I look forward to an interesting time here. Goodnight.,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
