The Mechanics Pit
Where to begin....?
I am a relative newcomer to computers,an internet virgin and a complete foetus when it comes to saying anything interesting about myself on "paper".
I dipped my toe into the murky waters of someone elses home page with vague intentions of indulging in some lightweight plagiarism to start me on my merry way but decided against doing so for the less than honourable reason that I'd probably be caught, exposed and expelled from h2g2 before the day was out.
This being so,I eventually decided just to leave a pawprint on this page for the time being and shall shortly retire to a nearby pub where, after several pints of a well known Scottish lager,I'll do some
profound thinking on where, exactly, this page is heading.
A couple of days having passed since my last entry on this page and
still no closer to saying (or thinking!) anything meaningful I feel that I should, perhaps, make it clear that my title bears no relation
to my occupation.I have absolutely no interest in the workings of the internal combustion engine or associated peripherals.Neither am I into celestial mechanics and the Charles Bronson movie is equally irrelevent.
"THE MECHANIC" is,in fact, only an anagram..;-)
So long!and thanks for all the red herrings!
