I've no idea, one little rainstorm could be so distructive.

Definitely dangerously changeable weather. Mind you what do you expect from British weather?

A whole day of sunshine would be nice.

I was minding my own business in Hyde Park on Saturday, when all of a sudden the Heavens opened and so much rain poured down that the place was flooded and I drowned.

Frogs are good at swimming, but there was a more-than-average amount of water in Hyde Park that day...

It was a touch on the damp side

That's a surprise, he was the one wearing a coat. Wouldn't let the rest of us share it.

Oh? Who was that? And why did he do something as nasty as that, then?
You know, that's how I died. I was in Hyde Park last winter when suddenly it started to go cold and snow. My friend the Polar Bear had a fur coat, and I asked him if he could let me wear it, but he wouldn't let me. So I froze to death, and died.

DE had a coat, and he wouldn't let me wear it so I got drenched.

And you know what water damage can be like. It's why I turned up here slightly dilapidated.

I just came prepared, and I would have got wet if I hadn't worn the coat.

Apparently Bluebottle had a fleece, yet still got wet.
I don't want sleep deprivation to kill me, as I've already died twice after dinner, so I fear I may have to go home soon.

Fleeces have a tendency to hold water rather than let it brush off

I guess. Being a frog, I don't really know.
No-one makes a coat that'll fit me.
