Oh not much just did'nt get much sleep today. It happens and then I get back to a routine. You still doing good on the not smoking thing? Oh I just go though spells where it's hard to get enough rest. Or I get to much rest. Then there's time I get the right amount of rest. Plus I started taking something for my sinuses. it has a mild form of speed pseudonephrine. or something to that order. My sinuses don't give me a fit whilst I take it and I do work faster. Still I need that kinda stuff staying up at night. I know you are going to say you don't need to take it, but I'm tired of my nose draining like a sieve. It only cost a dollar at work. They have this wall called the Dollar wall everything cost a dollar. Like generic neosporine and ibuprophren you know Advil. Everything is in date and works as good as the name brands do.
