h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

There's a couple of spelling mistakes and typos on the Spring meet page. If you can correct them it looks much better for people dropping by to see whats going on. They are:

First paragraph - Quiz (one z)
Link in the second paragraph - Attendees (two t's)
Third paragraph, you have "prefered dates in tthe" which should be "preferred dates in the" (two r's in preferred, and a rogue extra t in "the" needs removing.)
"Preferred" needs changing in the last line of that paragraph too.

I'll count the votes on 1st December which give just over a month, and then there's enough time for people booking flights and hotels to get good bargains.

Sorry, Sorry about the spellign mistakes; Useually I've been able to paste the entry text into Word and spell check it, but things have gone odd since I've gone over to XP and it won't paste text properly only as some kind of graphic Only just seen this; changed the quiz, and attendees (which was actually an error in the title of the attendee page!) But I changed the bit furhter down about voting for the date; As I put in links to all the voting threads (I think all of them I have to check that next) Thanks for organising the voting again

No probs! But call me a statistician rather than mathmatician. I have no idea how many angles in a triangle or what to do with pi. I can add up though.

Another mistake I've spotted. Correct spelling is "opportunity" in that same section.

Yes, you have all 5 days listed and linked. Can you put a space between them? It doesn't matter if you can't, they are all there. Perhaps everyone should pop over to two other people's pages and ask them to vote. That wouldn't be spamming, would it? More like networking.

With a couple more weeks of voting left, it seems to have gone quiet. So I've suggested everyone in the attendees thread should "phone a friend" and leave messages about the meet. I've tagged the Scottish, the Dutch and the Flat Cap lot, also the drool thread. I know this is usually left to you but I thought that if we all do it there's a good chance of getting the message to a wide audience and it won't be such a chore for you.

The page looks good but spelling mistakes make me want to get my red pen out. So can you make the couple of corrections I suggested in the previous post?
