Sorry I have only just caught up with this posting.
I wonder if it is easier to cross the channel with a load of helium filled balloons or swimming it. Certainly a cleaner exercise I think.!!
Keith is well and very happy.
I am also well and also happy!1/
Today is Royal Ascot and for once in my life I am not even bothered about not having a bet. !!
But it is pleasant to watch it.
