I was deeply touched by your message.

I wonder when they will allow K. home. they had promised that he could comr for the weekend - and last night cancelled it. it is incredible how unkind people can be when one has a mental illness. the problem is that it punshies me as much as him. .

The tratment of those who have a chronic mental illness is archaiac here . anyway, one must soldier on, but it is really difficult at times.

My dear taxi driver took me to see him yesterday. He was very down but happy to see me. We hade some plans for the weekend and also some for our future. That made us feel good and I hope that at least some of them materialise. I am so old that it is difficult to plan for the future, but I would certainly like to get something which would make him well and happy for his future before I disappear. Certainly what is on the cards does not not suit him,

I hope that you are going to have a good weekend and do some interesting things.

I wish I could think of some good trick to play on someone on April Fools day. I am not very good at things like that. !!

Yoga cured you of hay-fever or pollen allergies? Well going to Europe for 10 years stopped mine cold. I,m glad to see that that old Ice Age had some good effects there on the prevalance of pollen bearing weeds.
