can I take my hands down yet?
Anyone?
(Caddyshack had a potential? Must have been putting on the kettle during that bit )

Caddyshack was a classic. The sequel was not, but the original was definitely a classic.
You can take your hands down when you admit this.

We appear to have reached an impasse here.
This proves my point about not going inside the dome, Waz. You'd wind up watching Caddyshack and Forest Gump over and over.
Keep those hands in the air. Here, want a drink? I'll pop over to the Crossed Purposes and get you one of Kes's Bucket-o-tinis and a very long straw.

*enters pulling a flat-bottomed cart filled with a variety of supplies and sets to work building a frame complete with seat around the standing Waz*
Here you go, Waz. *attaches a pair of artificial arms to her shoulders in the upright position.* This should help some.
You have and a bucket-o-tini.
*quickly builds a tv stand and installs a tv hooked up to the satellite dish on the roof*
There's a Cardinal's game on the tube. Enjoy.

You're a life saver H.
*fixes up Waz shaped scarecrow in front of tv now switched to the Test Match (that ought to keep Jodan away)*
*sneaks out wearing CAC C long overcoat, deep brimmed hat and shades*

Hi Waz,
Cathciing up on you is like placing one's head next to a heavy duty metornome.
Domes?
Spiders?
Venice?
Hands in the air
Scarecrows?
I am bemused, bewildered and bothered. shall have to take some time and get my head used to either the metronome or the peace of the Scottish highlands.

(AR1, sorry about the metronome. Jodan must have put that there. I've posted to the other thread - I owed you an answer there and it's not safe here with that gun toting sheep and the spiders around. Waz)

Hypatia, are you still here? If you're still here, that story you told earlier on this thread really deserves more of an audience. Not that this audience isn't of the highest quality of course. The very highest. You can't complain when a descendant of Popes is in the audience, can you (mentioning no names). But lacking in quantity. So I wondered if you wanted to do anything with it. And if not if you minded it being picked up for a CAC Continuum Issue? Mind you, it really ought to go and brighten up the AWW. Though that's actually quite sparkling at the moment...

I await H. Of course if she's not still here I'll have to go find her. But don't worry, Woolly, I'll be sure to check your request with her.
I have just remembered I went to uni. with someone called Woolly. No idea why he was called that. Or why he put up with being called that.

Waz, would you want to keep it the way it is or flesh it out or what? I don't mind you using it either place. I'm fairly easy to get along with, despite what Jodan has probably told you.
You see, Wooly, there are advantages to being nearly ancient. You have lots of stories to tell. Especially when you have as many colorful realtives as I have.
Oh, dang, I forgot. All of your relatives are boring. Pity.

Which ever you preferred H. I certainly like it as is and for a CAC piece could just lift it into an entry. It can of course go in both places...
You don't want to know what Jodan's told me. Really you don't.

Cheers , I will then. But it's UG'able too I think. Now I can't decide.
I think left to me I will include it in a CAC issue. But if you wanted to make an entry of it and submit it to AWW I would be just as happy.
It's a hard life being a CAC miner.
Hey, you can do CAC's too - have you thought of it? They're fun to do and there's a template for the GML.

I may not be in charge of rejecting entries, but I still have enough influence and passwords to make sure it's filed under fiction.
And I might be able to call in some favors to make sure the CAC-C refers to it as fiction.
You'll never work in this town again!
