Bedwilldo Posted Jun 28, 2005
It's a recurring thing at w*rk and sometime or other I am just going to have to put a certain person in their place.
But then with the move over and done the problem shouldn't recurr.
I think it might be wise to let it be for a while (depending on how intense it gets).
I'm too tired to carry on so I'll catch you tomorrow

Has it been a long one for you?
It's been one of those baking hot sunny days with lots of summer storms for me.
At one point I was doing 30mph in the outside lane of the M25(which is quick for that road)with the wipers at max and I still could hardly see anything.
Next minute it was as sunny and hot as it could be.
I did get to see some lightning today as it seems I missed out on quite a spectacle last night.

Yeah ... it's been a long and busy week and I think its all beginning to catch up on me ...
we've had some terrific storms here - one last night and another one this evening, lasted about an hour - still pretty warm tho .... I can hear it raining again now
you must have missed the worst of it by the sounds of it

It takes a lot to wake me once I'm asleep
but from what I've been told there was only lightning lastnight and no thunder, so there was no chance of me noticing that, once asleep
I had the agents for the cottage on the phone today trying to hurry things along
One thing about a small town, they can't have a lot to do
I think they might be a bit taken aback by how long things take round this way

for not keeping in touch
Been a busy time and when I do get on here you aren't about.
I hope all is well with you and Sally gets the job (everything crossed)
I'm working this weekend though not a lot is happening at the mo'(famous last words) so I've got some time to catch up on things
I'm on lates next week but hope to catch you at some point.

Hi honey
don't apologise ... it's like we've said before - sometimes life just gets in the way a bit doesn't it .... I've not been about much myself the last few days
So, what've you been up to other than working??
Time Time Time
Bedwilldo Posted Jul 3, 2005
Not a lot really.
You know how it is all work and no play
Or so it seems all too often.
Gonna do a run up Norfolk on Monday so will get some paperwork done while I'm up there
Got the surveyor comming here for the other people so hopefully after that it wont take long.

You're in that kind of limbo-land bit aren't you .... nothing much doing but poised for action at any moment still, at least the difficult bit is done and now it's just the paperwork (like your new name btw)
did work settle down a bit last week?
Time Time Time
Bedwilldo Posted Jul 3, 2005
Everything was quiet and though a few things haven't gone as I would've liked I'm not going to make a fuss.
Once the move is done I'll make a fuss then and start to push my weight around.
There is a lot of change happening at work at the moment with shift patterns and procedures and other stuff so I'll wait to see how all these things affect my situation before I start to push for my quarter.

that sounds like a good plan ... sometimes the best thing to do is nothing - for a while at least
will you be able to take some time off when you move??
