Thanks Shreck.
I prefer the bold highlighting for Rogers, Neveu, etc in the two final sections, as they don't really merit headers/subheaders, but it's good to be able to pick out the names.
I know there are many footnotes, but are they particularly intrusive, in what is intended to be a compact fact-filled entry?
I suppose it's your call in the end.

Hi Icy,
I'm afraid boldface is against house style, except in dotted lists, like
. *Ginette Neveu* - The French virtuoso violinist and her pianist brother [...]
. *Jacques Thibaud* - Four years later, on 1 September, 1953, another [...]
So I could either leave it as it is or put the last paras into a list - what do you think?
And I was going to leave the footnotes in, either. Footnotes are exactly thought for this type of info, it's just that there are more footnotes than usual in your entry.

I've just tested it, and I think I prefer the dotted list with bold intros, as you mentioned.
Thanks for leaving the footnotes.
