albaltika was born in the late seventies (that's the 1970s) in the north of England
this researcher went to school, then to university, and is currently a schoolteacher teaching English in a comprehensive school in the south of England
albaltika is especially interested in: the theatre; the Romantic writers; American literature of the 1920s; Russian language and culture; the work of Paul Auster; chocolate
currently, albaltika recommends: 'Angels in America' (TV mini-series or play); the letters and poetry of Hart Crane; mushroom-hunting; 'Timbuktu' by Paul Auster; TV soundtracks by Adrian Johnston; anything by the Esbjorn Svensson Trio
