Hi Muddy Wallis, welcome to the guide. I also do blues, but on a guitar, badly! (it starts to sound really bad when you have heard the same bass riffs being used in about a thousand songs!)

Anyway, there's lots to do round here - you are probably finding your way around, but if not, try clicking the H2G2 logo at the top left - this will take you to a good starting point for bimpling round the site.

Any problems, contact anybody! Anyone whose name appears in italics in forums is permanent staff, there are also the assistant community editors (ACES) who are the greeters and meeters, and will try to help where possible.

Hey, thanks - I love this place, it's so easy to meet people. Maybe we could have a virtual jam sometime and get some of that bad blues happing around the globe. (I've just taken up blues fiddle and have found that I generally sound worse than I could ever have imagined. Great fun though).

Hey, when it comes to guitar blues, it doesn't come much worse than me! I dread to think what would happen if I ever came into contact with a fiddle.

Yes, an Ozzie girl, although I'm starting to get itchy feet and to yearn for distant climes. I notice that the Guide entry for Perth, Western Australia hits the nail on the head - whoever wrote that has obviously spent a footy season here (although I don't know about the bit about the whole city sinking - I'm sure there are more precariously balanced cities in the world).
