Hola!
I am a sixteen year old boy going through the agonizing process of giving up on a love, lost. She said, "I'd still quite like to be friends," and I said, after much deliberation, that "That would be okay with me". I can't help but think that I made a mistake. I am still young, and I still think that being mature at this age is a waste of time. I am still in love with her, after all this, and it only hurts more to think that I am doomed to forever be her friend. So I rode my bike down to the local video store afterwards to blow off some steam and it came to me: You're only young once, you have the rest of your life to be mature! Why can't you just say, okay, sure, what the heck!? For once in your life just don't sit there and ponder the consequences, just DO something! I plan to make further observations into the ideas of maturity in the coming months, and I will share any insights that come to me. Adios! ><> Heh, I thought that'd be cool.
