Actually, a whole slew of viruses- real life, the common cold, SirCam (stopped it before it ripped anything, but it was close), Nimda (good thing I leave McAfee up!) and other stuff...

BTW... if you want, I can try my hand at more table smilies!

I'm not THAT good! I'll try, though...

check your email, I sent a few others through the AceForum. They're not pretty, even though the art is good.

We all know what they depict, but someone had to draw it.

And which question did I not answer?

not necessarily. i know niwt is pretty young, and i'm sure there are others. i only asked because that's *the* st. louis question, almost obligatory when you meet st. louisans abroad smiley - smiley you're actually the first st. louisan i've caught on here... i've seen a few others (gavroche used to run the literary society but i haven't seen him in quite some time and he never answered my posts). the few st. louisans i've seen were inactive by the time i found them.

it just amazes me that in an international community i should happen upon someone who practically lives next door (figuratively speaking).

i live out in st. charles and went to st. charles high *ahem..* a few years ago smiley - tongueout . i work downtown usually, for mallinckrodt, but i also work part time at the new bass pro shop smiley - bluefish

Cool... if you head down to the St. Louis Science Center next Saturday, after 1:00 PM, I'm on staff in the Cyberville gallery... if you see a 15 year old volunteer, you know who you're talking to...

i'm working smiley - sadface

but i do make it out to the science center occasionally. my son likes doing anything like that, so we go to lots of fun places around town.

i've seen your entry on the science center smiley - smiley i've been wanting to get some kind of st. louis project going on h2g2. using a central 'general' entry to outline highlights of the city with links to other st. louis features. there are already entries on shaw's garden and the cardinals in addition to yours on the science center, and i was hoping to get some entries on places like the arch, the city museum, grant's farm, museum of transport, or the zoo.

i know you're really involved in the computer virus project right now, but if you have any other st. louis entries, or know of any, let me know. also if you can think of anything really cool in st. louis that would make a good entry (even if you can't or don't want to write about it) let me know that too. the project will take awhile i'm sure, simply because i don't have the time to devote to it right now. but any ideas you have would be appreciated!

and i *will* make it down to the science center sometime this fall smiley - biggrin i haven't been in a year or so.
