I know that we havnt spoken since well.... ever, but are we allowed to post the name of a website which isnt offensive in anyway, like if you wanted to tell your friends about a website that you made, is that allowed?

Yes it is as long as it's not obscene (i:e Porn) to make an instant link type the http:// in front of the www. and it'll provide the link automatically
