Stress
How do you all handle to stress of life?
The way I have done it over the years is to have a radio running all night at a very quiet setting as I sleep. If you wake up during the night listen to the music and before you know it you are asleep. A good nights sleep will set you up well for the day ahead.
It is important to pick a station with mainly music. In London the best one for that is Heart. The music must be quiet so as not to wake you. If you cannot find a music mainly station try a CD left on repeat all tracks 8-)
