found ww2 love letters
hello, my name is kirsty and i live in gillingham kent.
in my loft a few years ago i found some letters from a captain gomez to a nurse called m.a Ritchie (called hillary in the letters).
They are all numbered and there is letters numbered up to 200 and more. They are beautifully written and from reading them i think the people involved are having some sort of love affair. He is a pathologist, some letters from india and some from bagdad. He really loved her and his writing is so beautiful.
i can't sem to trace this lady as the people who lived here before don't seem to match. any ideas on how to trace either of them and see if they or their families want the letters.?
also have lots of ww2 stuff of hers.
thanks
