Go to the Front Page, and click on the tab that says Topical.
I took one of your halloween images that had appeared in the Post, and made it into a banner. The file name for this is "Topical_Halloween_FP.png"

So sorry Clive, but our default front page has been h2g2.com for months - we announced the change on August 1st; tens of thousands of people have viewed the Pliny front page this month alone, which in itself is a fraction of those reading our Entries found by google and other searches and links.
We found that we were spending so long per week manually writing the old front pages, when only a dozen or so researchers were looking at it, (most members bookmark their own PSs and bypass the FP) it seemed a poor way to utilise our volunteer time.
I'm so sorry if I confused you.

Ditto - I go one further a bookmark my conversations and go from there.
I'm a luddite, I admit it.
Glad you liked the photo and found a use for it.
This is a more up-to-date version of the same carve (and a better photo), though part of mke wish I'd coloured him yellow like the book not green like the movies!
