Why hello there h2g2
Hello Guide. I must say I wish I would have started my weblog here -- for there is nothing quite like Mr. Adams, and although I have a website elswhere, I couldn't resist beginning a second here. At any rate, it is recommended that I say something about myself. I am a receptionist in a Chiropractic clinic in the northern US where we all talk like they did in the movie Fargo. Well... truth be told, some are better and some are worse. It should be noted, however, that one of the funniest things one could ever hope to hear is a sexual innuendo in a Minnesotan accent, closely followed by the sounds of angry Minnesotans cursing. Come to think of it, Minnesotans are cursed, as they can never sound properly angry, and instead sound like a cross between a sad wolf and a nauseous dove. Life is rough. Ah, well. So. I am a raging theater geek and a pool hall junkie (I don't get to play much snooker over here, due to a lack of people with balls enough to by one of those giant THINGS they play the game on), and have been a Douglas Adams fanatic since I was eight or so. My father thought that Mr. Adams' books would be appropriate for an eight year old, and though he was entirely wrong about that, I am delighted in his lack of judgement and have been hooked ever since.
