Sure, that's true. Humans were built as omnivores. I don't try to convince anyone.

But I'm allergic to most meat So the doctor advised I cut it out totally.

Do what is best to keep You healthy!!(and) Be well informed as to what your body needs to be so. There are so many different and fun ways to enjoy food, you can be, some what eccentic with out being unnusual (insert deity here). In other words 'don't sweat it'(north American saying)I'm going to eat now, TTYL.

Hi there, just checking in, I went walking in the woods Spring is here Yippe Skippy!!! Though the snow is still three feet deep in the shade I have Irises popping up and the birds are back and all is good. The dog is having fun zooming all over the back forty.
