Hello, howdy, and welcome to the mad world of the H2G2!

Hope you don't mind my popping in, just wanted to say hello, it's always nice to be welcomed to places one visits for the first time.

Here are some links that I have found useful for survival:

http://www.h2g2.com/A214796 is the ACEs (Assistant Community Editors) page. They are supposed to be greeting new people, but have been a little lazy lately (no offence meant, guys) Anyway, on their page, you can ask them all questions you might have (but do consider asking me instead, or first )

http://www.h2g2.com/U54963 is the POST, our local newspaper. It's always a worthwhile read.

http://www.h2g2.com/A257294 is the H2G2 Bond Movie: "The Doughnuts are Not Enough". It was mentioned in the POST recently, so if you feel like it, go there and have a read. We're halfway through scene 5 by now.

Sorry i didn't get back sooner, you response must have got lost in my backlog somewhere. My book is a sci-fi post apocalyptic after the ozone layer fianlly collapses and all the inhabitents left are living in big enclosed cities floating on the major lakes and bays of earth. It is hardly up to the critiquing stage yet, I seem to be spending too much time here to do much on it at present.

In fact I feel a little out of place, because today I spent hours working through the first three chapters of Duty of Care. Next week I'm on holiday and I'm going to start chapter five.
