Time
Time is something new mothers have very little of. Or at least time that has no real demands placed on it. All free time is at a premium. Also, time to sleep. Often free time and sleep time have to be exchanged upon in order to gain the other. I feel sometimes like a sleep deprived night owl, and all so I can have some time to myself. I totally took time for granted before I had a baby.
