no worries, i had the same problem this week

actully it was because the whole computer room was shut down for repairs without warning

it was Inky who showed me the site, who i know in RL from a language group. i think he hasnt been on all week either cos we normally use the same place.

what a coincidence: the same day you return so does our computer problems

however i don't think you are to blame

anyway, it seems everything is in control again now

i have to agree though, it doesn't sound like my favourite passtime either

but i'm sure i would prefer it to lots of other occupations

i've always wondered how elephants know when their going to die

silence actaully is useful when i'm cleaning rooms. i find that the less i think about it the easier it is.

maybe the elephants have sort of an onboard computer telling them "battery low" or "server connection will be shut down in 27 minutes" or something like that?

have you ever heard van morrisons song "cleaning windows"? it always cheers me up. i usually listen to it when i do the dishes saturday or sunday mornings

no, ive never heard 'cleaning windows'. i like 'brown-eyed girl' though.
