wish you could, but it seems to be between two of the weeks in which i don't have a holiday

actually this year seems to be one of the good ones. january 2nd i heard a 
claim that alcohol isn't as bad for your health as other s claim - provided you don't have one of a series of diseases, which i don't 
the same day i was told that 55 year old males with a bit of overweight usually have a longer lifespan than others.
i turned 55 the very same day - and yes, i carry 6 kilos of overweight

I'm not sure how much that is...
I heard on the news that it's actually healthier to be overweight and physically fit than skinny and not active.
Plus I think a person's mental state has a lot to do with their physical health as well.

about 12 US pounds - i believe...
look at it this way: i weigh something like 7.5 percent more than i should according to the guys who invented the body mass index 
and yes, i believe you are absolutely right. the way one feels about oneself, life, the universe and everything has a profound impact on ones physical health 
and i for one can't complain
life is too short for that anyway
