The things I know about myself...
... I know that I don't know everything.
... I know that I cannot always control my emotions.
... I know that I have strong opinions.
... I know that I can be quite the hypocrite.
Other than that I also know that my aim in life is to play the drums. As hard and as loud as possible. Why? Because I have tried to find purpose in life in other ways before, in love and in spirit. But neither has shown me a way out of misery. Not the way a good session behind my big, black Mama has shown me anyway.
Politically I consider myself a follower of the late Bill Hicks. I believe in a total freedom of choice within one's own personal sphere. I also believe that such a sphere can go as far and as wide as one's imagination will go. And finally, the only boundary this sphere will ever have will be the edge of another person's personal sphere.
I am also what I define as an Aggressive Pacifist. I therefore believe that, as humans, we have a duty to become more civilised, but that physical violence towards other human beings can never be considered civilised. Verbal violence however, such as for example screaming and/or swearing, is - in my eyes - very acceptable.
For any further info on me and my messed-up views of this world that we live in I look forward to future conversations...

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
