FM, lest no stone be left unturned on your behalf, I trust that as part of your armory of amulets, potions, talismans, etc., to ward off the dreaded WB&D you have been burning incense and candles to Saint Bonaventure, patron saint of bowel disorders. (See http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/pst01113.htm ).
I was only just recently alerted to this medical resource in the course of reading Richard Dawkins's delightful new book, 'The God Delusion.' If you haven't already read it, I highly recommend it; although I'm only just getting well into it myself, I've read enough to think it well worth a read.
Oh, and if St. Bonaventure doesn't do the trick for whatever reason (could it be that you're not burning enough incense?), then you can pull out all the stops and go for your ace in the hole: crystal therapy.
Not to make light of what I know is not in any way a laughing matter, but sometimes humor can be a good medicine, too. Cheers.

I reall don't like the sound of the 'ace in the hole'... Just imagine: 'An amethyst crystal, smeared with Vaseline and inserted into....'

Wish I'd been clever enough to have intended that pun! Shakespeare need not worry about competition from me in that department (or any other for that matter) I fear.
