I don't have long to write it and with the year book stuff it's a case of the sooner the better...
Ali and I had an idea for a cartoon about me the other day when I was talking to her:
Ali: lol, good plan
Em: yes
Em: I'm full of them
Em: but my brains faster than the rest of me
Em:so they never get out
Ali: awww
Ali: we'll need to take them for a walk sometime
Em: I need to work out how to make them work together first otherwise they'll go in opposite directions
Ali: you could do displays
Em: lol
Ali: different formations and stuff
Em: aye can just imagine the idea pyramid on top of a moving motorbike now
Ali: hehehe
Em:
Ali: we should draw that for the yearbook
Em: very wallace and gromit
So we're gonna do that this week in art and write a randsome note for Susan saying she's been kidnapped by the art department.
Of course I'll let you read it sweetheart! I'd love you to read it! But I warn you it's a very sarcastic, singleton view on the different reactions to the "I love you" phrase.

Hehehe... sounds like a fun cartoon
Why has Susan been kidnapped?
Thanks sweetie. I'm just interested to see what you think

well we were gonna send a note to her boyfriend as a joke but we decided it might get us in trouble so instead we're gonna do it fo the year book.
You probably won't agree with what I've written, think it was me in one of my hating men and watching Bridget Jones too often.

You're a cheeky bunch, aren't you?
That doesn't matter, it's what you think (or at least thought when you wrote it). It's you're opinion, which is something entirely personal to you.

okay I'll put away but you never know it might have been an improvement
I probably don't have the best prospectus to be writing about the topic.

you aint gonna start being a pain and complaining you haven't seen a photo are you? Cause I haven't seen a decent one of you so
too many crappy novels where the heroine ends up with the man of her dreams

The Researcher formally known as Dr St Justin Posted Jan 19, 2003
No, I wasn't... although I *would* liek to see a photo of you at some point...
I don't think there are any 'decent' photos of me at any of the meets I've been to... just enough for people to get an idea of what I look like Of course, that might change after next week!
How do you know you won't?

Well you won't get to see one, I look terrible in photos.
Well bloody well tell someone to take a decent one, I wanna good look at you
HOw do I know?
Because I'm not a characted in a rom-com novel Justin.
I'm not in someones head where they've got my life plot written out.
things don't happen like they do in books and films.

Hey, that's not fair... I wanna see what you look like!
I know you're not sweetie, but sometimes things do work out well

I know it's not, and I swear if I didn't hate having my photo taken you'd be the first to see one, but honestly, it wouldn't be benefical.
Oh how easy life would be if we were in fact all characters in rom-com novels, destined to meet and fall madly in love after some bizarre circumstance.

Ok sweetie. Maybe if you get a nice one of you some time...
It certainly would be much easier! But life doesn't quite work like that, does it?

If I get a nice one you'll be first on the list to see me
There are 3 rom-com books I can read over and over, Bridget Jones because she...well if you read my RPR you'd see what I think about that and Pride and Prejudice...the other is a book called The Girls Guide to Hunting and Fishing which is incredibly funny and basically finishes with teh girl getting teh guy (after losing him) by just becoming herself again and not being so aware of what people think...
In fact I think I may read that tomorrow
Oh and I told Jimbo basically that he was a spineless idiot tonight

Thanks sweetie
I think I've read your BJ/P&P piece before... Not heard of the other one before. Sounds like it has quite a bit of truth in it though...
Go girl!

no problem...well apart from the fact that I'm never going near a camera ever
The other book I didn't think would be good, I got it for christmas last year from my mum and I just put it on the book shelf and read th eother book I got then I decided okay I'll try it, I ended up loving it! And the last chapter just kills me, through out the whole thing I kept thinking how true it was and then it all works out..*sigh*
Em: ach well whatever the boss says you must do iguess
Jimbo: yeh
Em: that's just sad mate
Em: be your own man for gods sake
Em: do you want people to lose all respect for you
mwhahaha *cough* don't think I could do the evil hearted cow very well for very long but he deserved that and it was honest and he went silent and if he hasn't got the picture they f**k him. I can't believe I wasted my time and energy on such an insipid loser!
I mean I don't really like fighting, but I'd expect if I was having an argument with someone they'd hold their own and not wimp out by going silent. I'm not even good at fighting and most of the time I get upset when I fight with people but I couldn't have a serious relationship with someone who can't at least say something in their defence...now that's truly pathetic
I feel so much better for it

Hmmm... we'll see about that!
Sometimes pressies are like that... just goes to show you shouldn't jusge a book by its cover!
I take it 'the boss' is his g/f?
It does seem pretty pathetic. You're better off without him hon. Except maybe you'd have been able to tell him what to do...
It's good that you feel good! Just so long as you don't make a habit of it... (putting people down like that, that is. Not feeling good, which is somethign you should do as often as possible )
