Hello, I'm Daze55(pronounced Dah Zey Fifty-Five, for all of you hockey fans out there, you'll probably recognize that.). Having just read The Salmon Of Doubt, I've just recently become aware of this site.
For a little background on me, I live in the United States, (Indiana to be more specific.). Ah, yes, the land of opportunity, the land of freedom, the land of people who haven't quite been able to figure out that driving thing. I'm thirty years old, presently, although I suspect that will change with time. I am also married with two children. Some of my favorite pastimes are: spending time with my wife and children, watching my favorite hockey team lose horribly (it happens more often than not, so I just came to terms with it.), enjoying a good cup of coffee in the early morning and trying to figure out why they put 700 buttons on my television remote control, when all I ever use is five.
I first read The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy for a report in junior high school. Since then, I've read the entire series several times over. It was a perfect fit for what some would call "my somewhat bizarre sense of humor". Just before creating this profile I read a page on this site about why the number of stupid people on this earth is increasing. With that, I knew I was in the presence of like-minded people.
I hope you've enjoyed this introduction. It's not a very good introduction, as far as introductions go, but maybe later I'll come up with a better introduction for it.
