Goo is the preference used by people who have been here so long we remember when there was no choice! I've tried to make sure it looks OK in alabaster too but the swimming fishes at the bottom look strange I know.

I really don't know anything about how to do this kind of stuff, but I just popped by people's pages, saw something I liked, viewed the code for their page and copied it to paste onto my own! I wouuldn't recommend a look at my own code though. Its a mess and includes things that we can't use anymore like colour changing. There are help pages to improve the look of your space. If you like I'll find the links for you.

I did visit your page. Thanks for the invite! Then I went to have a quick look at your writing and found the poem called "Teacher". I really liked it! Thats what I am, and that trust is so important. I actually do say that to my new students every year, which is why I loved the poem so much.

At the start of the course I explain that I am about to take them on a journey and they have to believe that I can do it. I tell them they have to trust me totally or it won't work. Some do, some don't. Some say to me, in their darkest time, when they think they know nothing and they are going to fail, that they remember what I said and then they have the courage to continue with the course.

Do you want to write for a living or is it something you do just because you can?

I would like to be able to write for a living, but currently I just do it because I can. Writing is one of my greatest passions.

Hm... I might try that (looking at codes), my own page is a bit bland.
