I've just spoken to a shop assistant who is trying to help customers navigate around a menu structure but they are clearly illiterate. They have a distinct British accent so they are not a recent immigrant but they were unable to read the simply English that we use on phones.
They actually used the phrase I'm not dumb but I'm sure about something only for seconds to agree that I was right and see had been telling me the wrong thing all this time.
