Well, it's a very long story involving a mouse, a race-horse, a sculpture and a bet....

Well, Lochangel, who is also the Grim Sqeaker, Samuel Pepys, Woman Lovingly Sculpted in the Style of Bolero etc one day decided to be Venus in Furs - but within an hour, E. Vibenstien played a atrick, realising who it was, and introduced himeself as Venus in Flares - followed by Zed as Venus in Leathers. After that, it got out of control as soon enough there was a Venus in Spirit, Vebnus in Marmite, Venus in Blue, and A C Venus who kept changing her last name, and by the time I got out of the bath I got quite confused. And everyone blamed me for being a clone.

E Vibenstien is male and a friend of Lochangels. I think it was he who had a bet with Lochangel - the multi-named one - that she has to get a new H2G2 ID and be that person, and he has to guess who it is within a certain time limit - with only one guess. Who wins gets dinner bought for them. Why everyone decided to copy Venus in Furs I don't know - I was the last, and I did it for the Jokes.
