What you need during a hailstorm is:

1. A car.
2. No garage.
3. A good insurance policy.

Back in the 90s, there was a freak summer hailstorm. Everybody in the county practically, had damage to their car roofs. Little tiny dents. The insurance company paid off handsomely.

And I got my rack and pinion fixed. I didn't care about the little dents on my old flivver, but I couldn't turn the steering.
