I'm currently doing battle with npower caused by I.T. It seems that when npower took over the system, there were several small companies involved. Npower in their wisdom (?) built a large computer base to deal with the whole accounts system, result...I haven't had a bill or statement since Nov. 2012. The new system sort of looked at the pile and in computer language sort of said "sod off".

With the help of our local Radio station, Radio York, I have managed to get on to the executive action list and expect to be sorted shortly.

The better news is that under something called the "late billing rule"
they can-not charge for a period exceeding 12 months.

It remains to be seen what happens, but IT needs a merciless flogging.
