hi i am a keen aikidoist and mountain biker. ive been practising aikido now for 16 months ,taking my first steps on a long but enjoyable road just building up to take fifth kyu at christmas.i enjoy mountain biking in and around wales, but dont get as much time now as i would like to . now its mainly our local coastal route 35 to 40 miles its a nice steady three and a half hours and lovely fresh sea air. i am 45 , happily married , with 1 very active 5 year old daughter who loves life and keeps me feeling young.we all live in the northwest area Merseyside.
