ok um ... i want to make my own difference to the world so ... here i am!! when i start to care too much of what people say about me or about something else which makes me angry (or annoyed or pissed off or whatever) ... i believe that if i say moo to myself (in my mind, the silent voice you all know that), i'm able to laugh at them and at ME. showing how silly i was to even think they could make my day be worse than what it was. ha! go away ya mind twisters (; moo!!
