Yep, it's 2000 and NOTHING HAPPENED! A bus station ticket machine in Australia shut down, a French TV weather map had the wrong date, and a few spy satellites shut down for 3 hours. Highly overrated.

Finished Guide entry on Longview, signed up as gofer for the Misfits (h2g2 virtual softball team). Found the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything in the novel. 42-just what I always thought it was
